Club2252 is the social enterprise arm of Garoovy in the Gap — a nonprofit organization, supporting individuals seeking addiction recovery by removing barriers to transportation, treatment access, and financial support.

Healing Lives Through the Game of Golf
Every day, people in addiction recovery are working to rebuild their lives, but they need healthy habits, supportive community, and meaningful outlets to stay on that path. Club2252 uses the game of golf as a powerful tool for recovery, teaching patience, discipline, honesty, and spiritual growth — the same principles that support long-term sobriety. We integrate a12-step philosophy with practical golf instruction, helping participants develop new habits while learning a lifelong sport. Club2252 partners with recovery facilities to build driving ranges and putting greens, giving residents a constructive outlet for physical activity, stress relief, and community building. Through our Golf Lessons for Life, Sobriety, and Spiritual Growth workbook, participants learn how lessons from the golf course apply directly to life in recovery. Golf becomes more than recreation; it becomes a safe place for restoration, relationships, and personal transformation. We’re not just teaching golf — we’re helping people rebuild lives.
